How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

In this dynamic position within the International Training and Development Services (ITDS), you will leverage your exceptional expertise to provide comprehensive support, development, and administration of HR Platforms and associated processes. As a pivotal member of the team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for support helpdesk colleagues, as well as HR Platform and Process owners, fostering seamless collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering a superior user experience. Your consultancy services will align closely with organizational objectives, service quality standards, and budgetary considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of HR Systems and Processes: Maintain and oversee designated HR systems and processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and timelines. Utilize specialized platforms such as Cornerstone (including Edcast) to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Identify and address patterns of errors or recurring issues promptly. Escalate complex matters as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Testing and Documentation Support: Assist in testing new releases and integrating enhanced functionalities into support documentation. Ensure that support materials are current and reflective of HR platform capabilities and organizational requirements.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Training: Educate support team members on changes to processes, HR platform functionalities, and business procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Future Support Model Development: Contribute insights and ideas towards the development of innovative support models, such as chatbots or self-help solutions, to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Ensure smooth functioning of Performance Business Intelligence (PBI) tools and propose enhancements to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Integration Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for the setup and integration of Adobe Analytics and other support tools. Collaborate on testing new releases and implementing enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Digitalization Initiatives: Drive initiatives aimed at digitizing processes to streamline support operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements based on thorough data analysis and insights, contributing to ongoing enhancements in support services.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist colleagues in addressing recurring errors and issues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate reports and data in accordance with established standards and guidelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with customers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, striving to deliver best-in-class services in the HR systems and processes domain.
  • Influence and Communication: Effectively communicate facts, policies, and practices to influence others within the job area, promoting alignment and understanding

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Human Resources;
  • Expertise in HR Platforms: Demonstrated proficiency in administering the Cornerstone platform or similar Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Experience utilizing business intelligence applications such as Power BI and analytical tools like Adobe Analytics to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager: Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, demonstrating competence in managing and optimizing digital analytics implementations.
  • Chatbot Development Contribution: Prior involvement in the development of chatbot solutions, showcasing a proactive approach to leveraging emerging technologies for enhanced user support.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, terminology, and key commercial drivers, enabling effective alignment of HR support initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Operational Performance Management: Proven track record of effectively managing operational performance and service delivery throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
