For our client TikTok in Amsterdam we are looking for a enthusiastic Junior Workplace Coordinator. You will be responsible for the daily events delivery at their offices in Amsterdam Westerpark & Zuidas location.

This varied role will include the following duties:

  • Front of House - manage access control and meet/ greet visitors and travellers

  • Manage the Post Room activities - receiving parcels, sending posts, scanning letters etc.

  • Manage pantry and reception area (e.g loading and unloading the dishwasher etc)

  • Take full ownership of all aspects of meeting rooms including housekeeping, AV equipment and special requests

  • Weekly Stationery orders and refills on site; conduct monthly inventory tracking to ensure availability of office stationary supplies

  • Daily, weekly and monthly office checks

  • To assist the TikTok Workplace Manager as and when required where there is no Senior Workplace Co-ordinator present

  • Manage internal ticketing system and ensure healthy SLA time

  • Collaborate with external suppliers for excellent service

  • Manage storage

  • Travel to both offices and between offices

What are we looking for?

  • Previous office administration/Receptionist experience, or a role in customer service involving interaction with people face to face, by phone and/or in writing, would be an advantage

  • Seeking to undertake a role where no two days are the same, with a mix of desk based work and being 'on the move'

  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both written and verbal

  • Team player with an enthusiastic attitude

  • Pro-active approach, self-motivated and creative

  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively

  • Clear, confident communication skills

  • Customer Service orientated

  • Good time keeping

  • Computer literate

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch

  • Salary between €2.600 - €3.000,- monthly on a fulltime basis

  • Number of hours per week: 40

  • Location: Amsterdam (Westerpark & Zuidas)

  • Laptop and Phone

  • 8.33% Holiday pay, 25 vacation days, up to 10 days of leave to purchase and 2 bonus leave days for 1 year not sick

  • 12 ADV days for full-time (40 hours) employment

  • Fixed pension scheme and optional collective health insurance
