All about the role

As Lead Program Manager - Sales Operations Manager  you will manage a range of global Sales Operations programs across the JET Sales cycle which includes lead management, Contracting, Activation and Grow & Retain. You will partner with country sales leaders, SSO team members and other key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, new ways of working, and scaling best practices. In this role you will be part of the Sales Strategy and Operations Team and directly report into the Manager Global Sales Operations.
 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Align Partners needs with program deliverables and able to prioritise in order to drive impact and results.
  • Effectively identify and communicate future needs of the global sales organisation.
  • Effectively run and improve global Sales Operations processes within the JET Sales Cycle;
  • Partner with global sales teams, country managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop and land opportunities for operational improvement;
  • Identifies and builds working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders to transition to globally consistent ways of working;
  • Partner closely with the global Salesforce and process team to translate the operational required into technical process updates;
  • You are able to work in a fast-changing, result-oriented and dynamic environment.

What will you bring to the table?

  • 5-7 years experience in developing sales process and infrastructure for a global sales organization (250 FTE+)
  • A proven track record in Project Management – coordination and ownership of programs, following them through from start to finish;
  • Strong communication skills, adapts easily to audience;
  • Experience in multi-layered stakeholder management;
  • Strong problem-solving and executional to ensure effective implementation;
  • Self starter, data driven, “business first” focused, proactive, creative and innovative;
  • Experience with Salesforce;
  • Fluent English speaker.
