Your role
The Continous Improvement (CI) Lean Engineer will work on LEAN deployment, providing leadership for CI initiatives, assessing current business performance, identifying gaps, establishing and implementing improvement plans, monitoring progress, and sharing best-in-class ideas and processes. In this role, you will utilize CI to achieve and exceed business objectives and build plant confidence in the acceptance of change management and performance improvements while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and the quality of performance.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Act as the lead practitioner
Facilitate CI actions and employee involvement teams
Implement a train-the-trainer approach
Facilitate improvement implementation through employee teams, CI events and workshops
Identify opportunities and implement processes
To gain successes you’ll need be present in the factory and create collaborations
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Bachelor Degree in a relevant technical study
0-2 years relevant experience
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
Industry or Business experience whit LEAN or Operational Excellence
Experience with Python and PowerBI is a big plus
Demonstrated Change and Project management experience
Able to work with/across all functional areas and all levels of the business
You are energetic, driven and have a curious mindset
