Training & Education Manager - Medical Devices

This company is a renowned Medical Device company with an exceptional reputation in the industry and is currently seeking a talented Training & Education Manager to join their team in the Netherlands. Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate seminars, training courses, and similar events, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Develop and deliver training programs to the sales team and other stakeholders, ensuring their skills and product knowledge are continuously enhanced.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective strategies to meet those requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in the health-care/medical device industry (Dental industry experience a plus).
- Fluent or native level of Dutch and English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in organising seminars, training courses, or similar events.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Training & Education is advantageous.
