About the role
In collaboration with the Group Logistic and Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Accell Groups future Logistic setup. With your experience you know how bring all the processes together, from warehouse management, packaging and shipping to delivery. Your responsibility is for the plants in Europe within 10 country's. Your goal is to harmonize the whole cycles of our logistics with a good eye for health, sustainability and safety. Your task;

  • Design and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cost;
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement logistics solutions that align with business objectives;
  • Set new standards and implement Accell Logistics 'way of work’;
  • Benchmark with best in class Logistics partners and competitors;
  • Provide Logistics support and knowledge within cross functional projects;
  • ESG initiatives and reporting.

The department
The group Logistics department is responsible for all logistics processes and Customs within the total supply chain of Accell Group. Together with the regional Logistics teams we drive strategic projects, harmonization, and integration-initiatives on global level to enhance and support sustainable growth of Accell Group. 2024 & 2025 will be crucial years in designing and developing a sustainable and robust Logistic network to empower growth and competitiveness on global scale.

Your location will be one of the Accell offices in Europe, for example Amsterdam / Heerenveen / Apeldoorn (NL), Manisa (TR), Odense (DK), Sennfeld / Waldsassen (DE), Tószeg (HU), Dijon (FR), Turku (FI), Nottingham (UK) or Urnieta (ES). You will have the flexibility to work from home, but appreciate being able to come to our office at least twice a week. In addition, you are willing to travel to other locations from time to time.

What do you bring?
You already proven yourself how implement and organize the supply chain on global level within several countries. With your knowledge your bring the best communications in our plants and take care for the perfect and strong lifecycle. We need and feel the important that you recognize yourself in;

  • Bachelors degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field;
  • Proven experience in Logistics Engineering or similar role in the past years;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management  tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Project Management skills to execute logistics initiatives successfully.
