Job Description

As a Manager Client Services, you are responsible for the customer support and reporting departments, both operationally and strategically. You facilitate and support your team, so they bring out the best in themselves, as a person and professional. The teams are independent and self-managing, which ensures that you can rely on their knowledge and experience, and vice versa. That is why we are not looking for a micro-manager, but a people manager who coaches his or her team members, has a (strategic) view of how team members can strengthen each other and has a sense of personal contact. This ensures that you can create a safe working environment for your teams. 

You are also responsible for the strategic vision of how customer service can be transformed to provide added value to our clients. This could include building a roadmap of improvements, defining objectives and monitoring talent and development. You will also join our management team (MT) where they meet regularly to discuss operational activities and strategic objectives. You will take place in an experienced MT that cares about, and where people learn from, each other. Not a bed that has been made for you, but a position where you are given freedom and Eurofins' trust to run your Customer Support business.  

Qualifications

• You have an hbo-working and thinking level. Preferably you have five years of demonstrable work experience in Client Services and/or a similar position. 
• Naturally curious about and aware of developments in the field, so you know how to translate the needs of our customers, Eurofins, and Customer Support. 
• Analytical yet pragmatic, which ensures that your problem-solving skills are spot-on. 
• You are a chameleon in communication; you can communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization. 
• Professional speaking and writing level in Dutch and English.  
• You speak and write well in Dutch and English.

Additional Information

You can expect an annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment, a working week that suits your wishes and a salary. The salary is between €3.493,00 and €4.990,00 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and expertise. We like to work hard, but it is even more important to get some rest on time. That is why we give you 25 days PTO based on 40 hours, with the option to purchase additional unlimited leave. Travelling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer. You will be fully reimbursed for public transport costs. Not giving thought to your pension yet? We are! With our pension scheme you have the option to work less in the long term without losing pension accrual.
