Job Title: Marketing Analyst Intern
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Position Summary:
As a Marketing Analyst Intern in Stryker, you will be immersed in analyzing the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic marketing decisions. This role is perfect for highly analytically minded individuals looking to impact healthcare through technology. You'll engage in activities like competitive insights gathering, market share and sizing assessments, case volume analysis, and identifying market research and trends. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key marketing strategies and gain valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate competitive insights by analyzing competitors' strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
Conduct case volume analysis to understand the demand for Medtech solutions in various markets and segments.
Perform market share and sizing assessments to evaluate our company's position relative to competitors and identify growth opportunities.
Gather Voice of the Customer (VOC) data through surveys, interviews, and feedback channels to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the medtech industry.
Help in the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate research findings and marketing insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Finance/Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Demonstrated interest in the healthcare or medtech industry.
Interest to learn about Excel and PowerBI.
