Role Overview

As a Mid-Senior Level UX/UI Designer at citydev.nl, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our digital projects. Your expertise will guide the creation of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance user experience and engagement. You will collaborate closely with our development team and stakeholders to bring our digital visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on UI/UX elements for a range of digital projects.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in digital projects.
• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Solid understanding of web technologies and responsive design principles.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
