YOUR ROLE

 

Are you interested in scaling innovative solutions and drive projects across different sets of expertise in the Finish Vehicle Logistics activities? Are you passionate about combining operational and commercial input to design and find solutions for customers ?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as Mobility & Dedicated Car Solutions Officer at CEVA Logistics. In this role you can diversify the product offering at CEVA Logistics backed by a full-fledged "Car-as-a-customer platform".

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

• You will work closely with FVL country leaders to allow a smooth transition while creating commercial momentum in single unit network and for the Mobility & fleet management
• You will empower the team to bring innovative solutions into their markets (e.g. Demofleet); be their go-to-person to unlock complex roadblocks (e.g. New space requirements, IT workarounds etc.)
• You will be striking deals to establish a network of proximity compounds allowing to deploy a full range of in-life services related (e.g. Oil change, battery checks, tyre maintenance, car wash etc.)
• You will be leading commercial development in close collaboration with BD and Product design teams
• You accompany OEMs in their direct-to-customer journey and monitor current and upcoming large tenders
• You will gain market share with car subscription and leasing players on the back of fleet electrification
• You will increase exposure to corporate fleet markets, interdealer flows and used car markets, related auto services
• You will develop partnerships with large retailers; asset managers and CEVA products to implement a network of proximity centers across the globe
• You will design transport agencies specifically focused on single unit networks, with dedicated operating assets (transport station, car-carrier trucks)
• You will expand the "special transport" offering into new geographies and with new clients (e.g. Luxury OEMs, OEM suppliers etc.)
• You will design and producing operational performance KPIs; with the support of GHO / RHO (Business Performance Excellence, Control Tower, Shared Competency Centers & On-Boarding)

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

 

• You have a strong commercial appetite
• You have operational knowledge 
• You have an innovative and creative mindset
• You are customer oriented and can build up new relationships with customers
• Having experience in automotive, transport, fleet, operations, lease industry, etc. Is a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
