Responsibilities:
Maintain office stock levels
Coordinate deliveries and maintenance schedules
Carry out regular inspections of the premises, recommend improvements and upgrades
Strategize and oversee the execution of emergency and security responses
Manage the stock levels for the canteen
Take responsibility for the layout, space allocation and overall functionality of the office
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Facilities management or a related field (such as office support, Office Coordinator)
Bachelor’s degree or MBO in facilities management
HACCP diploma (or concrete plans to get one)
Driver’s licence (B category) *this is a hard requirement for this role
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the Netherlands
Minimum of 2 references
