To our client, an insurance provider for administration services for the finance sector, we are looking for an Operation Advisor to join its team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing insurance claiming support, following up on cases, collaborating closely with other departments and stakeholders, and providing an excellent customer experience.
What will you do
- provide information to clients, companies and brokers
- gather documentations for insurance claiming
- Evaluate insurance coverage
- keep the clients data updated in the system
- Provide de best customer support according to the companies' policies and guideline
Who are you
- At least 1 year in a Customer support and claiming experience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Dutch
- problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team and independently
- detail oriented and problem solving skills
- Available 40 hours per week in a hybrid working mode, 2 days working at the office and 3 days working from home
