What do you do on a daily basis? Since you will be part of a small but busy team of 4, you will need to be hands-on and ready to take on any challenges you may face regarding logistics. Your duties will include:
- Arranging shipments, tracking shipments in transit, and managing documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents;
- Place orders in system;
- Arrange for transportation of shipments and communicate with drivers;
- Follow up on payments;
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners;
- Collaborate with your team to solve issues that may arise;
- Troubleshoot for freight drivers if they face issues regarding documents.
Requirements:
Who are you?
- You speak Serbian fluently and use it to communicate with the drivers and are preferably conversational in Dutch;
- You are a fast learner, proactive, and communicative;
- You have excellent administrative skills and preferably experience in logistics administration;
- You enjoy working within a small, fast-moving team;
- Experience in using SAP and Excel.
