What do you do on a daily basis? Since you will be part of a small but busy team of 4, you will need to be hands-on and ready to take on any challenges you may face regarding logistics. Your duties will include:

  • Arranging shipments, tracking shipments in transit, and managing documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents;
  • Place orders in system;
  • Arrange for transportation of shipments and communicate with drivers;
  • Follow up on payments;
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners;
  • Collaborate with your team to solve issues that may arise;
  • Troubleshoot for freight drivers if they face issues regarding documents.

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • You speak Serbian fluently and use it to communicate with the drivers and are preferably conversational in Dutch;
  • You are a fast learner, proactive, and communicative;
  • You have excellent administrative skills and preferably experience in logistics administration;
  • You enjoy working within a small, fast-moving team;
  • Experience in using SAP and Excel.
