Job description

As a logistics employee you ensure a smooth process of receipt and delivery of goods in the warehouse. There are different processes in the warehouse; order picking, packing, returns and loading bay.

Your day consists of:

• Receiving trucks and processing incoming products
• Pick and pack orders and prepare them for transport
• The possibility to switch between processes, it is important to stay active and flexible
• Contribute to the efficiency of the processes
• Keeping your work environment neAt And clean

Working hours

This position is open for 16 till 24 hours a week. The logistics center is open from Monday till Sunday.

There are three eight hour shifts at the warehouse from Monday till Sunday:

• Morning shift: 07:30-15:30
• Afternoon shift: 15:30-23:30
• Night shift: 23:30-07:30 (150% payment)

There are also three parttime shifts available from Monday till Friday:

• 09:00-13:00
• 18:00-23:30
• 19:30-23:30

Requirement to make at least 16 hours a week:

- You are available for one eight hour shift on Saturday or Sunday, and one eight hour shift during the week.

Or:

- You are available for one eight hour shift on Saturday or Sunday, and two parttime shifts during the week

Every Tuesday (09:00 and 13:00) and Wednesday (09:00 and 13:00) there are two interview moments each day at the warehouse. The starting moments are always the following Monday.

Organization

This organization is a well-known international Sports Store. You will be working in their warehouse in Tilburg. From this warehouse they supply their 21 stores and online customers from the Netherlands. Their aim is to make sport accessible to everyone!

Job requirements

• You are available to work an eight hour shift on Saturday or Sunday (150% paid on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays) and another eight hour shift or two parttime shifts during the week
• You speak and read the English language
• You have your own accommodation, BSN number, working permit, and Dutch health insurance
• You are active and flexible, as you switch between shifts and sometimes departments
• You have experience in teamwork and you are proactive

Terms of employment

• A salary of €13,40 gross per hour
• 150% paid on Saturdays and night shifts and 200% on Sundays
• 25 vacation days and 8,33% vacation pay (based on full-time employment)
• Travel allowance of €0,21 per km (max 30 km one way)
• You can make use of the sports fields, pingpong table and pool table at the warehouse
• Working with fun and sportive colleagues
