We are seeking a Power Platform Sr. Developer with 5+ years demonstrated ability and 2+ years of implementation experience in CoPilot Studio (aka Power Virtual Agent).
Responsibilities
- Assist solution development teams with implementing DevOps CI/CD pipeline activities such as solution packaging and promotion across different environment.
- Establishing and maintaining Power Platform Center of Excellence
- Handling Dataverse, solutions management (managed/unmanaged) and implementing CI/CD automation with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Tuning and implementing standard methodologies patterns for Gateways and clusters of gateways
Qualifications
- 7+ years demonstrated ability as an application developer or equivalent with C#, ASP.NET background.
- Solid grasp of the Power Platform Environment administration, and working with the admin portals
- Demonstrated understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft 365 user license management
- Solid grasp of Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps
- Strong foundational knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps and Azure AD
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Proficient in crafting PowerShell scripts
- Experience with AI Builder ALM, Custom models, Administration, and Role Management

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $136,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
