The Product Launch Specialist E-commerce (Temporary) is the end responsible for working with buyers and planners with the seasonal new product, onboarding process for the Marketplace business of the company. The perfect candidate has an affinity towards learning more about how Fashion e-Commerce works.
This role is starting on until 01/03/24 to 31/08/24.The role:
- Ensure the seasonal product data onboarding activities are executed timely and in accordance with Marketplace's product data requirements (About You, ASOS and Veepee);
- The key objective of this role is to lead with speed, focus on the onboarding, preparation and mapping of the data products and ranking optimization on Marketplace website sites;
- Assist in new Marketplaces and markets onboarding projects, supporting on adapting new product data requirements into the Product Launch's daily processes;
- Work closely with the Marketplace, Planning, Buying and Multichannel Operations teams to drive the Marketplace operational excellence and digital product road-map;
- Perform data mapping activities for About You, ASOS and Veepee in TradeByte channel management tool to ensure successful and speedy product onboarding;
- Follow up with the Data Analyst on assortment reports maintenance per partner to track the latest products live status, resolve any product data related errors within TradeByte in accordance with Marketplace requirements.

Requirements:
We are looking for the following background:
* 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Marketplace business (Zalando, About You, etc);
* Experience in products onboarding through any Channel management tool (preferably TradeByte), and eCommerce tools (ie PIM, etc);
* Experience in working with About You, ASOS or Veepee is a plus;
* Understanding of Fashion's products data tagging/attribution;
* Interest in technical and business eCommerce projects;
* Strong Project Management skills and Stakeholder management;
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail is a must.
