Join our world-class Sustainability team. At Philips, we seek to improve the lives of 2.5 billion people per year by 2030, while acting responsibly towards our planet and society.

Climate change is threatening the health and livelihoods of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Sustainable healthcare is all about delivering quality care to those who need it when they need it, while reducing environmental impact. At Philips, we continue to innovate and scale up our portfolio of energy-efficient, circular, digital and cloud-based solutions. In this way, we can help health systems address their most pressing challenges, including cost of care, staff shortages and growing health disparities, while at the same time reducing their environmental impact.

You will contribute to the realization of Philips’ ambitious ESG targets. • Setting up and maintain a rigorous performance management cycle for EcoDesign with the innovation and product management leads across all our business units, and support the same for our Circular Economy program.

  • Building a strong network of relevant leaders, ambassadors, and other key stakeholders within Philips, align priorities, and help them achieve their part of our common ambitions. This includes empowering them to drive the change themselves, via Communities of Practice.

  • Coordinating or leading 1-2 strategic projects in key impact areas that need support.

  • Teaming up with your direct colleagues to foster an exciting and inclusive work environment and help each other deliver our work with fun and passion to get the best out of ourselves.
