AdresAs an R&D Project/Program Manager you will be responsible for leading & driving Services & Solution Development Projects & Programs.
Your role:
Develop project plans (including PowerPoint summaries and detailed documents) aligned with management goals, covering resources, costs, risk assessment, and quality aspects.
Lead cross-functional teams for Solution and Services Projects on an international scale, and maintain communication with local and global leadership.
Provide regular project performance updates to business management, identifying variances and corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements, as well as company policies.
Drive operational excellence for predictable project execution.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions to develop scalable services and solutions.
Apply lean and Agile development principles.
You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in a technical field (MBA is highly preferred)
10+ years of experience in the relevant domain (Services, Solution development or R&D)
PMP Certification is a Must
Solid Project management experience (both Agile and waterfall, V model knowledge and able to link different development deliverables with different functions)
Experience working in Innovation, Development and Services environment (Idea2Market, and at least understands Market2 Order & Order2Cash activities)
Conceptual thinking capabilities (Translate Global Architecture to requirements and Design and determine production impact)
Profound understanding of process FMEA’s, design reviews, process validation and knowledge of service process design
Good ppts and document writing skills, embrace good documentation practices and project- and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead a team of professionals in a global context
Fluency in English language (Dutch language is always nice to have)
Proven experience with efficient and effective problem-solving techniques
Advantages :
Have a consultancy background who can make conceptual visualizations of brainstorming sessions (here is a I2M consultant part)
Experience as a Project Manager in New Services (or Product) Development ( from development, to verification & validation via pilots, deployments(NPI) in markets)
Experience working in a corporate culture like Philips (or comparable organization), and is used to leading in a matrix organization
Strong track record in project management fundamentals (PMP certified highly preferred)
