Functieomschrijving

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Warehouse Logistics Operator with a primary emphasis on safety, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize reachtruck equipment proficiently to relocate and stack pallets within the warehouse.
2. Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers, ensuring secure handling and placement.
3. Assist in managing inventory, including participating in cycle counts and replenishing stock as needed.
4. Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the reachtruck to guarantee its safe and effective operation.
5. Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and protect goods and equipment.
6. Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within established timelines.
7. Maintain a tidy and organized work area by stacking pallets in designated locations.
8. Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
9. Complete essential documentation and records associated with reachtruck operations.

Functie-eisen

Requirements:

• Valid Reachtruck Operator certification is essential.
• Previous experience operating a reachtruck in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to operate equipment in a safe manner.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to maneuver the reachtruck in tight spaces.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate pallet stacking and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
