The JDE IHQ Intern Recruitment Team is looking for a new Recruitment Assistent for the upcomming 6 months (and maybe longer). Are you enthusiastic and a hard worker, with some experience in Human Resources? Are you good with programs on the computer? Ánd do you want to work on the time that sudes you?
You will work for 24 hours during the week, mostly from home. Only on one day you need to be at the office in Utrecht or Amsterdam.

who are you

You are the Recruitment Assistant we are looking for. With your experience/studie in Human Resources or Organizational studies, you understand what to expect within Human Resources and recruitment. You can easily empathize with others and have some knowledge of systems. Your independence and perseverance enable you to quickly grasp new tasks.
Additionally, you are available for 24 hours per week. You can schedule these 24 hours yourself, making it easy to combine with other appointments you have!

  • Available for 24 hours a week;
  • You are available from mid-March to August;
  • Goal-oriented, a skilled communicator, forward-thinking, and enjoy working independently;
  • Proficient MS Office Skills and understand how to utilice Edge or Chrome browser extensions;
  • Experience or a study in Human Resources ór Organizational Sciences is a plus;
  • Excellent English communication skills.
what will you do

As a Recruitment Assistent, you will work in the Intern Recruitment Team. You will independently manage recruitment procedures from start to finish. To put this in context: you will spend 80% of your time on these activities:

  • Supporting managers with their ongoing vacancy (internship) requests
  • Screening incoming CVs
  • Interviewing applicants/interns
  • Submitting and evaluating assessments
  • Planning and organizing interviews
  • Discussing interview feedback
  • Initiating and guiding the onboarding process
