As a Financial Controller / Reporting Specialist at ELITech Group, your responsibilities include preparing group financial consolidations according to IFRS standards. You translate local financial statements to comply with IFRS norms and produce regular financial reports. You support audits, design financial control frameworks, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. You contribute to process improvements and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and BI implementation.Prepare monthly group financial consolidation for 2-4 entities according to IFRSTranslate local financial statements to IFRSPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting of the group entitiesSupport the audit process for all entitiesDesign the financial control framework including the checklistEnsure the correctness and completeness of the financial statementsContribute to process improvementsCoordinate intercompany cross-charging processesSupport budgeting and forecasting processesSupport BI implementation
Profile
Minimum HBO or Master's degree in FinanceAt least 3-5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience with consolidation and preparation of annual reports (P&L, BS, CF)Good knowledge of IFRSExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCan-do attitude and attention to detailFluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.Job Offer
