Step into your new role as Restaurant & Bar Manager at the bold and expressive art’otel and unleash your inner creative! As Restaurant & Bar Manager you are the person who ensures that everyone has an unforgettable experience, combined with the best combination of unique flavors and memorable stories. You will lead the restaurant and bar team in this journey, providing them with broad knowledge of service to grow in a dynamic environment.
Our Restaurant & Bar manager:
- Assures that the ARCA Bar is seamlessly connected to the restaurant with a crafted and highly creative cocktail menu that pairs perfectly with a selection of ARCA plates
- Motivates the ARCA Restaurant and Bar team and the entire operation to be focused on delivering truly unforgettable experiences
- Is a visible, hands-on leader who promotes an empowering culture within the team
- Will drive the commercial performance of the restaurant and bar by growing sales, promoting events and developing new concepts/menus – while effectively managing costs, stocks and suppliers
- Someone who believes in the ARCA ethos
- You share our values : Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Caring
- Has experience managing a large team in a high performance operation
- Has experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance
- Has experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar with the highest standard of hospitality? Perfect!
