Rewards Specialist

 

Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid

Fulltime: Preferably 40 hours a week

What will you do as a Rewards Specialist?

As part of the Global Rewards Transformation Team you will support to optimise our global rewards processes. In your job you give analytical and operational support of the processes and projects, and functional expertise, to contribute to the correct processing and implementation of our Global Rewards policies and initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Manage central Global Rewards operational processes, working procedures and tools to ensure high quality service delivery and efficiency.
  • Rewards data analysis: Support and advise Global Rewards colleagues with data reporting, analysis, and complex calculations in Reward focus areas.
  • Documentation, data and systems: Document and pro-actively inform and train relevant stakeholders on operational Global Rewards processes and procedures.
  • Reporting: Design and prepare timely, recurring and ad hoc reports (data dashboards) for our stakeholders (internal colleagues and external vendor partners) and to support Global Rewards processes and management decision making.
  • Ad hoc project support: Provide data analytics and reporting support to the ad hoc project in Global Rewards team.

 

Functional expertise: Develop and maintain subject matter knowledge of one focus area within our Global Rewards transformation team:

  • Global Mobility: analyse and advise on mobility matters for Global Mobility; ensure IT systems (eg ECA Enterprise) is configured to support necessary calculations and team members are trained accordingly; ownership of COMPASS and maintenance of the Global Mobility sharepoint tool; work on ad hoc projects such as policy benchmarking; analyse mobility data to identify trends and make predictions.

For this role we’re looking for a professional with the following qualifications and experience:

 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits.
  • Sharp, analytical thinker
  • Excellent Excel skills, and strong interest in systems, processes and data
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service attitude
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
