Description

Embark on a journey to drive and enhance the monthly sales forecasting process, working closely with key S&M stakeholders. Dive deep into sales evolution, margin development, and geographical profitability, contributing to the dynamic discussions that shape our sales outlooks.

As Sales Controller you will:

  • Communicate, challenge and discuss sales outlooks with key S&M stakeholders
  • Contribute to the sales management reporting, with input from the S&M team
  • Support the yearly budgeting process
  • Performing data-driven market size, pricing and gross margin analyses on various markets and countries
  • Provide business analytical support for tender agreements, distribution agreements and BD/M&A opportunities
  • Contribute to the 5-year strategic planning for TSC Life
  • Drive sales merit management (including quarterly bonus payments) in collaboration with sales leadership and finance

Profile

To thrive in this role, you bring a wealth of experience, holding an MSc in business or a similar field, or demonstrating equivalent expertise through work experience. Your 5+ years of controller experience in an international setting, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry, positions you as a standout candidate.

Aditionally, you recognize yourself in the following description:

  • Analytical qualities, more than comfortable with complex figures and wider implications.
  • Experience as business partner, able to collaborate closely with commercial representatives.
  • Knowledge and experience with KPIs, financial modelling, business and strategic planning.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), Dutch and/or French is a pre.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ERP system (e.g. Business Central, Excel, PowerBI).
  • Personality: team player, easily connect to new people, pro-active, output driven.
