For our client in Aalsmeer, we are looking for a French-speaking Sales Support Representative to strengthen their team. You are the point of contact for the French customers in the field of customer service, and you offer the account managers in France administrative and commercial support during the sales processes and order processing. Together, you will build on the commercial success in France. The Account Manager works in France, and you work from the office in Aalsmeer.The customers and their suppliers come to you with requests for new products and orders. You process these in the internal systems and monitor the quotations and order processes. The customers and their suppliers can also come to you with questions about stocks and delivery times. You answer their questions. In addition, you support the sales team in France, both commercially and administratively, during the sales process and new customer-specific projects. Customers and colleagues can count on you. When they leave the task with you, they know it will be taken care of.You will start at the customer services and Sales Support departments, where you will get to know the internal systems and processes. You get to know your French teammates personally and your French customers. You have daily contact with the Account Managers in France and all departments and colleagues in the Netherlands.Over five years ago, the first Account Manager became responsible for sales in France. The current Sales Support Representative was promoted to Account Manager, so the position of Sales Support Representative is now vacant. The sales team is successful, driven, and still sees many growth opportunities in the French market, but cannot do this without good support. Our client wants to offer their customers a French-speaking point of contact in the field of customer service and Sales Support from its European headquarters in Aalsmeer.

Requirements:

  • Business fluent in French (C2 level) and English, and knowledge of the Dutch language (minimum A2/B1 level) and willing to learn further 
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the industry 
  • An entrepreneurial person who likes to take responsibility
  • Bachelor degree, or working level 
  • Eager to learn, service-oriented, and quick to change gears
  • Experience with ERP systems and Office 365 (Excel and Outlook)
  • Good administrative and organizing skills and a helicopter view
  • Proactive, independent, positive attitude, energetic, and strong interpersonal skills

Salary Benefits:

  • Fulltime available, 32 hours can be discussed
