The Team

As part of the Corporate CR team, the CR Global Affairs & Responsible Supply Chain team is responsible for the implementation of our Forward Fashion targets in our supply chains, issue management & public affairs as well as integrating responsible business practices throughout our organization. In this role, as Sr. CR Advisor LivingWages and Responsible Purchasing Practices (RPP), you’ll be part of the CR Western Hemisphere team while working closely together with multiple teams across our organization.

The Position

The Sr. CR Advisor Living Wages and RPP works alongside the Sr. Director CR Western Hemisphere and PVH Europe. The Sr. CR Advisor Living Wages and RPP:

  • Executes and evaluates PVH’s living wage strategy.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to embed Responsible Purchasing Practices in the global PVH organization.

  • Develops and delivers training on Responsible Purchasing Practices and PVH’s Forward Fashion strategy.

Executing and evaluating PVH’s living wage strategy:

  • Alongside the SR. CR Director, give input and collaborate with peer brands through ACT to support social dialogue and collective bargaining at industry level.

  • Alongside the SR. CR Director, actively participate in external meetings with other MSIs to stay abreast of latest initiatives on Living Wages in apparel supply chains.

  • Collaborate with ESA, SA and EMEA CR teams to develop a streamlined process for supplier wage data collection and conduct gap analysis with available benchmarks (minimum wages, poverty line, wages set by collective bargaining, internationally recognized living wage benchmarks).

  • Collaborate with the CR Communications Team by providing quantitative and qualitative content to publicly report on the living wage strategy’s implementation and progress, in line with external stakeholder expectations.

  • Annually review PVH’s living wage strategy and draft recommendations to CR leadership.

Embedding Responsible Purchasing Practices:

  • Analyze the ACT Purchasing Practices Self-Assessment (PPSA) and Assessment (PPA) results and create socialization materials for the business.

  • Alongside the Senior CR Director, collaborate with key internal stakeholders across the organization to devise an action plan on Purchasing Practices based on the results of the PPSA and PPA surveys.

  • Facilitate and drive taskforce meetings to improve Purchasing Practices, in line with the PPSA/PPA survey results and the 5 Global Purchasing Practices Commitments.

Developing Training on Responsible Purchasing Practices and PVH’s Forward Fashion Strategy:

  • Work with the Global Talent development team to develop e-learning modules on the PVH U platform related to the Purchasing Practices commitments (labour costing, forecasting and capacity planning, fair payment terms, etc.)

  • Further socialize the existing e-learning module on PVH’s living wage strategy and ACT and identify training opportunities across the organization.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to create interactive training workshops for associates involved in different stages of the purchasing process (e.g., design, buying, sourcing, merchandising, product development, etc.).

  • Organize internal educational events to raise awareness on the Forward Fashion Strategy across the PVH organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 – 6 years of working experience.

  • University degree in social studies, communications, law, sustainability, supply chain management, industrial relations or similar.

  • Passion for human rights, innovation and making a change.

  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Research skills and the ability to distill complex topics into easy to communicate language.

  • Resilient and adaptable mindset.

  • Background in Corporate Responsibility or sourcing is a plus.

  • Knowledge of living wage challenges, fashion supply chains and/or Purchasing Practices preferred.
