About this role:
As the Senior Global Courier HR Data Analyst, you will own and maintain the Courier HR Data domain. Along with your colleagues within the Courier HR Center of Excellence, you will also work with Data Engineering and the Scoober Data Analytics team. In the varied role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building reports that may entail complex calculations (i.e. payroll input reports, courier work time analysis, etc), analysis, and visualizations.
You will be often tasked with supporting the development of business cases, other Scoober teams on HR-related insights and reporting, and gathering stakeholder requirements. As part of a diverse team, you will work closely with team members with different skill sets, allowing for maximum impact of deliverables and projects.
What will you bring to the table?
Here’s what we’re looking for from our Senior Global Courier HR Data Analyst…
- Exceptional understanding of SQL and basic understanding of python is required
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus
- Understanding of data processing E2E and all tools necessary.
- Knowledge of App Scripts, basic Java Script, Apache Airflow, and GCP is a major plus
- Able to report insights, recommendations based on careful data analysis
- Produce user friendly and clear data visualizations
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work with diverse groups
- You are detailed oriented and can develop content that is easy for others to understand
