Responsibilities
· Lead team efforts to onboard and support applications through automation
· Evangelize Self Support to all applications to effectively remove blockers and dependencies
· Establish Automation Capabilities Road Map (The Vision)
· Provide Platform and Monitoring Support for various applications
· Thorough understanding of application and Building new dashboards using various tools
· Excellent debugging and problem solving skills with the help of dashboards and develop test and deploy alerting capabilities
· Day to Day collaboration with Scrum Teams providing support to our developers and testers Participation in a rotation for operations support prod and non-prod
· Writing appropriate levels of documentation.
Required Skillset
Seeking a Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience in DynaTrace Shell scripting GIT Splunk and Kubernetes.
3+ years of IT experience on Linux Platform
3+ years of IT experience on web-based products
3+ years of experience working on large scale multiple team projects
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development
3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins Sonar XLDeploy Maven Docker Chef Terraform)
Experience - 6to10yrs
Technical Skills- Unix GIT Splunk Shell scripting Kubernetes
Domain Skills- Provider Payer
