Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization in Cork, Ireland/ Beerse, Belgium/ Zug, Switzerland/ High Wycombe, UK/ Leiden, Netherlands
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the E2E Inventory and OCNIS reporting for Janssen Sciences Ireland (JSI) and JPS (Janssen Pharmaceutical Sciences) and to incorporate and standardize the Ireland processes in the IMPO Inventory & Costing team. In this role you will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a pro-active and value adding role in the stand-up of the Inventory & Costing team.
Be the ‘go to’ person for JSI Bio and JPS Sourcing for Inventory and OCNIS and collaborate with various key business partners (Supply Chain, Deliver, PES, Source).
Lead and coordinate the Standard Cost and System Cost process for both entities.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets and latest thinking, in line with strict timelines.
Be an active member of the COSMOS project for various workstreams in Inventory, Reserves, Costing and OCNIS & Variances
Driving standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working, aligning Ireland with the wider IMPO team.
Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes.
Collaborate with key business partners (Supply Chain, Planning, TAX, Trade compliance, IT…) to drive the financial set-up of new products flows.
Be responsible for Internal and External Audit and SOX Compliance.
Proactively take ownership for personal development, ensuring a positive work life balance while managing partners.

Ability to take initiative and work independently in an international and hybrid (virtual/on-site) environment; ability to deliver under strict timelines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, SAP experience is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or master’s in finance is preferred.
