About this role:

As a Senior Group Product Manager in the CARE domain at JET, you will play an important role in the overall JET business model. You will be responsible for improving, innovating, and leading unification and automation of Help Experience globally (all the ways that customers find Help in all of our platforms).

Please note this position is a 12 month fixed term contract to support with maternity leave.
 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Build the long-term vision & strategy for the domain
• Set the metrics for the performance to track progress towards company objectives
• Lead a global team of talented Product Managers and ensure their success in building the best-in class in-app Help experience, global refund abuse prevention capability and effective advisor tools
• Ensure alignment across your teams to optimise impact and progress towards domain-level goals
• Proactively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Lead the product development culture within your domain. We want you to make this space your own - from vision and strategy to impact reporting and ways of working
• Make informed and evidence-based decisions using UX Research inputs, quantitative data and market insights
• Work effectively as part of an Agile, international leadership team

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience as a Senior Product Manager or Lead Product Manager in Agile software development teams.
• People management experience having managed 2-3 direct reports minimum.
• A strong analytical, data driven approach to problem solving.
• A proactive approach to your job, finding ways to optimise our processes & products.
• A bias to action. You’ll be a driving force for progress and impact within your domain and beyond. You’ll need to identify low-risk decisions and take them quickly.
• Ability to explain complex and abstract systems to your team and  stakeholders.
• The ability to effectively communicate to all levels, including senior management.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication skills to engage team members and stakeholders on a non-technical and technical level.
