As Senior Product Manager , you will play a key role in driving our Sports Medicine product portfolio in Benelux and Nordics(Northern Europe) . In this position, you will be a partner for the regional sales teams. You will be one of the key owners of the Sports Medicine brand, driving our strategy and marketing offense in the region - towards increased brand presence and growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the portfolio.

  • You will understand market dynamics, trends, key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses.

  • You will drive the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan and portfolio roadmap. Collaboration between cross-functional teams and sales leaders will be key to enact plans that are compelling yet directive for the sales teams.

  • You will define and execute regional product life cycle, including launch and phase-out (e.g., PLCM) of products.

  • You will drive local tactics, actions and campaigns towards business results - in alignment with the Annual Marketing Plan and with internal stakeholders.

  • You will develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, institutions, etc.

  • You will understand what current and potential customers need to drive value in the portfolio, in partnership with other stakeholders.

  • You will be the Subject Matter Expert for product-related questions and you will partner with Sales Education for product training of sales teams, incorporating key brand messaging.

  • You will develop strategies, sales tools and communication plans for the product or portfolio. You will deliver a high level of sales enablement to drive business results.

  • You will be the owner of local events and trade shows, while liaising with other marketing colleagues and events team to ensure we execute branded events with high levels of customer engagement.

  • You will support the tender management team during the creation of attractive business cases for tender submission.

  • You will drive forecast accuracy and an appropriate demand plan, forging strong connections to Demand and Supply Planning in the process.

  • You will perform sales and marketing analysis, assess trends in customer engagement and support in incorporating trends into strategic planning.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Technology or any other relevant field.

  • Equivalent experience in Product Management/Marketing is required. Experience within the MedTech/BioTech/Pharma industries is highly preferred.

  • Orthopedics experience is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.

  • You possess a strategic mindset and dedicated examples of growing a product range/business.

  • You are analytical and have good financial acumen.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in Dutch is an advantage.

  • You hold a valid driver's license as this position involves regular interactions with customers and Sales teams. You also have flexibility to travel in the region (travel percentage of 30%).
