Be a key member of Services & Solutions Management Team at IGT Systems. Your role is to lead the operations department of the Service and Solutions Delivery business of IGT Systems. You will drive our product lifecycle management and service parts strategy, and field actions and their deployment. As the global S&SD Operations Director, you will be representing Philips’ commitment to quality and partnership throughout the lifecycle of our solutions. Image Guided Therapy Systems. IGT-S is focused on improving patients’ lives through diagnostics and therapy spanning a wide range of applications including cardiology, neurology and radiology. You will be dedicated to the Service and Solution Delivery business located in Best, the Netherlands. This key arm of the IGT-S business offers a portfolio of services and solutions to the customer throughout the lifecycle of the systems. You will have a primary reporting line to the Business Leader. You will work in an international environment with English as mainly used language. Your role:
All aspects of installed base operations and leading globally operational teams to achieve business goals
Field actions deployment management for timely completion of field corrections and removals. Ownership of key processes in Correction and Removals (a Quality and Regulatory process).
Parts supply, and repairs according to IGTS strategy across the lifetime of the system. Management of service part inventory and achievement of parts fill rate performance to drive system-uptime for customers
Development of efficiencies in parts supply chain and operations (driving parts availability, costs, quality)
Driving program management of operations and quality improvements
Utilizing LEAN techniques to drive operational efficiency improvements at the business and department level
You're the right fit if:
Master's degree in Engineering or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
12+ years of professional experience within operations, supply chain management within medical device, healthcare regulated business or compliance-focused business
8+ years people and performance management experience.
Proven evidence of success in operational management, operational enhancement, and operational change.
Extensive experience in driving quality processes such as CAPAs, Corrections and removals and performing at regulatory/quality audits
A proven track record of implementing, delivering large projects and communicating effectively to executive leadership level.
Demonstrated success in working across organizational boundaries, as well as working in a global organization across various cultures and departments.
Experienced at building and motivating dynamic, diverse and high performing teams.
Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated end to end thinking and problem solving capabilities
Entrepreneurial with a readiness to look in unconventional areas, persistence to finding solutions and ability to take calculated risks
