Job summary
Sr. Architect with 12-16 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. Must have strong technical skills in Python Azure Event Hub Azure DevOps PySpark Databricks SQL and Spark in Scala. Nice to have technical skills include Azure Key Vault Azure Data Lake Azure Monitor Kafka Databricks Workflow Structured Streaming Delta Live Pipelines Databricks Unity Databricks CLI and Databricks Workspace.

Roles & Responsibilities
a. Provide design leadership to data engineers in keeping with architectural directions.
b. Design and develop data architectures to support data movement storage usage of the data and ensure its privacy and security.
c. Provide guidance to engineering leadership and product managers as needed.
The role will have some coaching responsibilities in addition to being a team player.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000 – $ 170, 000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
