Sr. Admin Assistant (Master Data Support Specialist)

Join our dynamic team as a Master Data Management Support Specialist, playing a crucial role in our enterprise projects, particularly focused on SAP implementation. We're in the midst of exciting transformations, implementing SAP, Werum PAS-X, and LIMS on site, and we need your exceptional attention to detail to ensure the success of our Master Data Management initiatives. You will be working with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the Netherlands with a great opportunity to get contract from them after 12 months. 
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for modifying documents according to predefined rules, extracting specific information from various documents into organized Excel spreadsheets, and transforming raw data into structured formats based on the requests of our Project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your keen eye for detail will be vital as you navigate through manual information and extract crucial data, playing a pivotal role in the seamless transition to our new systems.
As a key player in our projects, you'll also contribute to general business operations by providing valuable administrative support. Leading a team in performing a variety of tasks, you'll tackle routine challenges and solve recurring problems, showcasing your expertise in work processes developed through both training and hands-on experience. While you'll work autonomously within established procedures, your ability to anticipate patterns, think innovatively, and generate solutions to complex problems will set you apart.
