AdresOur client – who has over 100 years of history as a company within the Consumer Electronics market – is looking for Senior Product Compilance Analyst. You play a key role in ensuring global regulatory compliance for both durable floor care and consumable products, and essentially, help grow their business in the European maket.
What is this position about?
The Sr. Product Compliance Analyst reports to the Lead International Compliance Engineer, focusing on global market access regulations for floor care and consumable products. Responsibilities include research, technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements worldwide.
This role involves:
- Providing knowledge of global regulations impacting marketed products
- Supporting compliance to meet regulatory requirements
- Maintaining industry contacts for global market access
- Liaising between product safety, consultants, and compliance teams
- Developing and communicating guidance for safety listings and local regulations
- Leading compliance activities with cross-functional teams
- Championing internal problem-solving and maintaining a Regulatory tracker
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years industry experience
- Experience with European Product Safty Regulartion is a MUST
- Experience with IEC standards (International Electrotechnical Commission) is highly preferred
- Specific concentration in material restriction regulations, consumer product safety standards, and global compliance
- Experience in high-volume consumer products
- Direct compliance or regulatory experience
- Participation in agency and regulatory committees
- Global strategic thinking and implementation
- Managing dynamic priorities
- Interpersonal collaboration
