Functieomschrijving
- Troubleshoot and root cause hardware, software and firmware issues of the global Supercharger network
- Drive cross-functional efforts and initiatives to implement fleet improvements with the manufacturing, design, field service, technical support teams.
- Utilize remote data analysis, fleet analytics and first principles insights to solve problems with some lab work and onsite investigations as needed.
- Work with the wider engineering and manufacturing teams to drive design and manufacturing product improvements in both existing and future products.
- Provide support on international service cases to minimize fleet downtime.
- Work with field service and technical support teams to create documentation and training to support field commissioning, service actions, and to ensure consistent and stable global service operations.
Verzoek
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with product engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis, systems test engineering, or product quality engineering.
- Background in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience using SQL, Linux based operating systems, Python, and C/C++ or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner across many teams.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and intuition, applied to firmware/software/hardware of connected systems As well as demonstrated data analytics and analysis.
- Prior experience troubleshooting electrical, system, firmware, or process failure modes.
- The role is based in Amsterdam with some travel to support investigations, product releases and other service actions as needed
