Sr. Test Analyst
Location : Cincinnati, OH (only locals)
Qualifications:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)
- Associate should possess skills on Automation, Selenium, Ready API, Jira, GIT to work on both UI automation & Services automation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust, reusable automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications
- Works closely with the Engineering team to create and maintain software artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports.
- Contribute to test planning and strategy, identifying test scenarios, and creating test cases to ensure comprehensive testing of software features
- Monitor, report and track defects and issues associated with manual and automated testing.
- Implement and maintain automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to facilitate early detection of defects and ensure smooth software releases
- Develop and implement performance testing scripts to assess the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of software applications
- Configure and manage test environments to simulate real-world usage scenarios and ensure accurate testing results
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Mentor QA staff on QA best practices and new industry advances / technology / applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams in a disciplined agile environment and works productively with minimum supervision while showing excellent team attitude
