Responsibilities
Customer Advocate
Cultivates relationships and uses Microsoft sales strategies throughout multiple levels of the customer's organization to establish strong alignment on long-term goals and secure buy-in and execution.
Build and grow Line Of Business relationships to build trust, open doors; demonstrate growth of Business Decision Maker contacts
Holds self and the team accountable for delivering on plans and meeting customer needs.
Leverages knowledge of and experience with Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer's needs.
Proactively identify & mitigate business risks for your customer and Microsoft
Industry Relevant Trusted Seller
Support building business cases and ensure POCs have measurable outcomes agreed upon with customer
Immerses self in customer business to seek customer feedback (both formal and informal) regarding ways to acquire, retain, and grow more engagement and collaboration.
Deliver Operational Excellence
Orchestrates extended team, embraces the Microsoft and industry partner ecosystem to scale business
Agile in activating the international Microsoft organization to contribute to customer needs
Lead virtual team and use digital signals and demand generation to build MCEM Stage 1 opportunities, billed and consumption across all solution areas
Develops and leads the execution of account plan and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts.
Qualifications
5+ years of selling to or consulting with large enterprise customers.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience.
Experience in account management working in multi-cultural, diverse and remote teams across different disciplines.
The ability to drive towards goals in a VUCA environment
Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused experiences, pitches and solutions.
Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management.
Embody “we-before-me” and the “customer first” mindset that delivers long term success over short term returns.
The ability to adapt one's behavior to different people and situations, while recognizing, acknowledging and understanding different perspectives.
