Job description
As the Strategic Initiative Lead, you are the engine of our CIO Office. You can conduct thorough research into the dynamic energy market and take the Management Team (MT) and the Board of Directors (BoD) along with your vision of the current state of affairs and, importantly, the future as well.
What processes and initiatives are currently underway, how much progress has been made, and where do we need to make adjustments as an organisation in order to successfully achieve our goals at the end of the day? These are just a few examples of the questions you will be dealing with every day. You develop your strategic ideas into achievable objectives and reinforce your initiatives with well-reasoned arguments. Giving presentations is easy as pie for you! You manage to surprise us with new creative initiatives and able to communicate your vision and enthusiasm to key stakeholders within Enexis.
Here's what else we expect from you:
• You can conduct thorough research and make sound arguments for your findings to all stakeholders;
• Maintain the IT annual calendar (Business planning cycle, MT+ sessions, CSA, Webinars, strategy cycle);
• Preparation and follow-up of BoD & SB/AC agenda;
• Visualising and textually synthesising initiatives into a storyline in PowerPoint;
• Tracking, visualising and listing upcoming legislation (compliance), market and sector changes and their potential impact on IT (MLOEA, BAS/MFF, EDSN, Energy Law 2.0;
• Initiating and monitoring Kaizen and LEAN initiatives;
• You will be a sounding board for the Manager CIO office on a daily basis and provide solicited and unsolicited advice to the MT/BoD.

Job requirements
• By nature, you are always extraordinarily curious about opportunities to continuously optimise matters;
• You pass on your findings accompanied by sound reasoning, based on your Analysis Report. Analytical skills are absolutely essential;
• Storytelling is child's play for you, allowing you to enthusiastically bring your stakeholders on board with your narrative;
• You back up your findings and ideas with sleek PowerPoint presentations and have no trouble with presentations;
• You have affinity with IT and have a good idea about who to turn to when your initiatives affect certain teams/departments;
• You are incredibly ambitious and see this role as the perfect steppingstone to a fantastic career.

In exchange for your energy, Enexis will take very good care of you. Here's what you can expect:
• On top of your salary you will receive a Personal Budget (10%) and a 13th month (10.7%) which can be paid monthly and/or annually as desired.
• Vacation bonus in the amount of 8% of your gross salary.
• 24.5 vacation days with option to purchase 35.5 additional days.
