About the role:

Step into the role of Supervisor Customer Excellence, responsible for our Benelux Customer. Dive into an exciting challenge of change and growth as you mentor a team that delivers outstanding service for our customers.  

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop a team of 10 customer care virtuosos. Cultivate an environment where each team member plays a crucial role in pursuit of customer satisfaction. 
  • Oversee the customer care process, ensuring flawless performance in compliance with internal processes and procedures. Strive for excellence by eliminating inefficiencies, optimizing. processes, and leading Value Improvement Projects, and Customer Improvement Actions. 
  • Set the stage for continuous improvement. Establish clear goals for the team, prioritize their time effectively, and conduct a performance that evolves toward perfection. 
  • Work closely with peers and managers in EMEA to compose the perfect Customer Excellence experience. Measure, report, and own improvement.

 

What are we looking for in you: 

  • Multilingual Fluency: Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably French 
  • 3+ years in customer service, preferably in supply chain or life sciences.  
  • Experience with COPC and/or process improvement methodologies 
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience level. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both technical and conversational tones. 
  • Self-Starter Spirit: Initiate change and innovation independently. 
  • Make impactful decisions and negotiate effectively, both individually and within groups. 
  • Guide and lead your team seamlessly through transitions. 
  • Experience with digitization, automation, and relevant systems like SAP and Service Cloud (SalesForce). 
  • Experience with developing high performing teams.
