Scope: Own EMEA digital roadmap for Sales & Delivery, ensure scope and impact of each project is defined and signed off by relevant stakeholders, as well as aligned with product. Keep track on project delivery timeline and coordinate the appropriate education to support adoption
Adoption: Closely work together with business teams as well as Learning & Development Utilize data and metrics to measure the success of system adoption or its feature impact.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements. Lead with First Principles, whether it is in your team or way of work, or on EMEA level or at Global scale
Analytics: Position digital improvements towards set business goals, objectives, strategies and KPIs. Keep pulse check on the impact of delivered initiative towards company overarching goals
Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from field teams regarding system usability and effectiveness. Consolidate and analyze feedback to provide valuable insights to the Process & Tools team
