About this role: 

The Scoober Recruitment Training & Quality team lead plays a vital part in ensuring we hire thousands of couriers around Europe. You and your team are responsible for the development and execution of training for recruiters, as well as the development and execution of a quality framework. This ensures we can continuously rely on a smooth high-volume recruitment process. Leading a team of training & QA specialists, you will be giving your team members the guidance and direction needed to implement the latest improvements in our ways of working and to advise on additional training needs.

Experience in the creation of a quality framework, as well as a track record of succeeding in implementing this in an operational environment, are a must. It's crucial to strike a balance between training, quality assurance, leadership, and staying adaptable to industry changes.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

• Training: Ensure the team stays updated with the latest recruitment practices and tools. Develop training modules to enhance their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Quality Assurance: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes. Regularly review and refine procedures to optimize outcomes. Provide constructive feedback to TLs for continuous improvement.
• Leadership: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the team. Encourage innovation and creativity while maintaining high-quality standards. Lead by example and be a mentor for your team.
• Stay Updated: Our recruitment landscape evolves constantly. Stay informed about new technologies, and best practices in recruitment to ensure RecOps remains competitive and efficient.
• Problem Solving: Be prepared to handle challenges that arise in recruitment and quality assurance. Develop strategies to address issues promptly and effectively.

What will you bring to the table? 

•  4+ years of management experience
• Knowledge of and experience in training and quality assurance domain
• Ability to deliver and to achieve challenging timelines for projects
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire the team
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with exquisite attention to details
• Resilience; proven ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and respond to unplanned events as required
•  A self-starter with a proactive, well-organised approach to your work
• Previous experience working in an international company is a plus
• Amsterdam based, but flexible to travel
