In the role of a Team Lead in our Lampenlicht warehouse, you are the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. As a warehouse master, you not only unlock the doors to our automated warehouse spanning over 8000 m² in Hapert, but also open the pathway to a bright career. This is what the position looks like:
As a Team Lead, you play a central role in our logistical operations. In this active role, you maintain an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You're not only involved in operational processes but also in administrative tasks and guiding your team. With keen insight, you coordinate, control, and lead the daily operations effectively.
Questions and issues? You solve them efficiently. As a warehouse expert, you strive for process optimization, collaborating closely with other Team Leaders to ensure a seamless flow of goods.
During shifts, you are the stable factor, closely monitoring the predefined KPIs along with your colleagues and other Team Leaders. With your proactive approach, you ensure that deadlines are met, and everything remains streamlined. Additionally, you provide leadership to a team of approximately 15-20 employees, including all-rounders, order pickers, and sorters. You report to the supervisor.
Why this will be your new job?
 

• Because you will work in a well-organized and modern warehouse with automated processes.
• You will be employed directly by Lampenlicht and start with a 7-month contract.
• The position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week (preferably 40 hours), with a varied work schedule. One week, you work evenings, and the other week, you don't. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 07.00 to 16.00h or from 14.30 to 22.30h. You will work at least one Sunday a month between 10.30h and 23.00h, with 25% to 50% higher salary during these hours. If needed, you will also work an additional evening and weekend shift.
• A salary between €2,500 and €3,200 per month as basis salary (on a full-time basis). With the extra surcharges for working in evenings and weekends you can earn up to approx €3.650.
• From your first working day, you will have access to a collective health insurance and pension scheme.

What to bring?
 

• Minimum of vocational education level and 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• A first aid certificate, or you are willing to obtain one.
• Proficiency in the English language. If you also speak Dutch and Polish, that's a plus.
• You communicate openly and directly with employees.
• Furthermore, you are proactive, stress-resistant, and always maintain an overview.
• You have your transportation to our location in Hapert.
