Our international client who are leaders in the world of leading technology are searching for a technical expert on Audio Visual Installation for the Benelux markets. This position is a senior engineering position within the Sales Department. You will be supporting customers from your home office and promoting our products through training and education. You will be responsible for the relationship with the resellers the Benelux region on all technical subjects.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Manage relationships with consultants and technical managers.
- Introduce our new products and their advantages.
- Provide feedback to our marketing dept. about the needs of customers within specific product groups.
- Assist consultants/dealers on projects, designs and tenders.
- Troubleshoot on site.
- Conduct technical training on site.
- Support dealer shows and trade shows.
- Intervene with trouble shooting, RMA, driver call logs.
- Check translations of our technical documentation.
Requirements
- Significant technical skills.
- At least 5-10 years Audio Visual integration and design experience.
- Dutch and English language skills both spoken as written.
- BSEE degree or Equal (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
- Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
- Native-level French speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
- Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
