Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform various testing on finished products, stability samples and in-process control samples according to GMP/GLP guidelines and SOP procedures in a timely manner. In addition, perform specific analyses required for the testing team he/she is part of.
Analyze, report and review test results to applicable systems.
Adhere to compliance best practices, EHSS regulations and lean principles.
General lab support functions such as ordering of lab supplies, managing generated waste, equipment handling, preparation of reagents and attending team meetings.
Identify and call out issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
Perform other work-related activities assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification
(education/experience)
Other requirements
Jr Technician
MLO/MBO (or equivalent) with 0-2 year of relevant experience.
- Collaborates and actively contributes in a team environment both with internal team members and supervisors.
Builds knowledge of products tested and understanding of the QC methods relative to the product quality.
Technician
MLO/MBO (or equivalent) with 2-4 year of relevant experience;
Or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with no prior related working experience.
In addition to Jr Technician other requirements:
Proficient in the interpretation of the data.
Cross-trained for methods and trainer for other employees.
