- Digital registration of members and data entry
- Receive, storage and register incoming packages that are sent by the members
- Pack and unpack products
- General administrative tasks and support to colleagues
- Telephone and email contact with customers
- Create copies and filing when necessary
Requirements:
- Is very accurate and organized
- Language skills: English at C2 level (written, reading and spoken) any additional language is a plus (French or German)
- Can work in a systematic manner and is proactive
- Can handle stressful environments
- Must be located in the Netherlands and Amsterdam already.
- Can work independently as well as in a team
- Has excellent telephone and communication skills
- Has excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Result driven
- You will work 100% onsite (at the office) - no hybrid
Salary Benefits:
- This is a temporary position.
- Start date is 12 February 2024 (Period of contract ends in June 2024 (exact date t.b.a.)
- Salary between € 2500 and € 2700 gross per month based on a 37.5 hour work week. The salary is depending on experience and education

- Workdays Monday - Friday / Work times 09.00 – 17.00
- Work hours 37.5 per week
- Please note, it is essential to be able to commit until the end of the project
