I am partnered with a global top 10 pharmaceutical company who are looking for a strategic, hands-on professional to be responsible for developing, delivering, and creating engaging learning experiences for multiple audiences.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the business-related training strategy & implementation throughout the entire region whilst being the learning & training expert for all customer-facing teams & their managers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and update the region's training plans based on thorough business needs analysis
• Establish and maintain a Training Excellence framework covering best practices, manager/trainer education, and metrics standardisation
• Drive engagement, measurement, and innovative training for the team
• Collaborate with local Customer Engagement Excellence Managers to create training concepts for Train-The-Trainer implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders globally
• Monitor and manage training budget effectively
• Support Customer Facing Functions' effectiveness through training and coaching
• Assist functional Heads in curriculum development and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of training experience in pharmaceuticals with customer engagement focus
• Proficiency in learning, digital tools, and initiatives
• Strong team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Digital proficiency with various training methods
• Change management experience
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent command of English
