You will be driving and the execution of pro-active and on request HR reporting and take measures to improve quality of reports and data together with the HR Reporting & Data Quality team. With your insights and analytic skills you will help to improve impactful decision making by providing relevant insights to various stakeholders. As a Workday Reporting SME you will in close cooperation with the relevant functional owners.

Your role:

  • Conduct data analyses and reporting through available HR systems to better inform, track, and improve HR planning and decision-making,

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine impactful measures to inform, deliver and implement solid HR Reporting capabilities,

  • Contribute to strategic projects to strengthen HR insights and considerations,

  • Co-Determine roadmap for HR analytics products and services,

  • Determine and continuously improve best practices in HR Reporting across the domains of Payroll (ADP), Learning (CSOD) and Core HR Data (Workday),

  • Design and implement KPI frameworks in line with the HR business process framework on strategic, tactical and operational level,

  • Design and deliver clear frequent workforce reports, insights, analysis and presentations to relevant stakeholders, either pro-actively or based on request,

  • Providing direction and coaching in usage of HR Reporting and Data Quality,

  • Take accountability for HR data quality, accuracy and timeliness,

  • Manage demand for HR Reporting insights while balancing delivery through self-service versus ad hoc,

  • Spot data trends that will help us increase overall performance- initiate and drive improvements,

  • Share your knowledge and experience with the HR analytics team,

  • delivering pro-active data-based recommendations to various technical and business issues.

You are part of

The purpose of the People Analytics, HR Reporting & Employee Listening team in Philips is to identify and deliver business relevant HR Reports and Metrics, initiate and guide process improvements and support fact based decision making. In this newly set up team focus will be to design and deliver reports from various HR systems, track performance on HR effectiveness measures and ensure signaling relevant trends and process improvement opportunities in the HR domain. This to ensure the building of a strong fundament of HR reporting capabilities that will support further growth in People analytics.

You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Master's Degree,

  • In depth Workday experience,

  • Functional knowledge of HR processes is a plus,

  • Passionate about working with HR data,

  • Ability to collect, link and interpret data, create executive summaries, deliver business insights and suggest quantifiable improvements in processes and consumer satisfaction,

  • Ability to translate data into business opportunity through strong analytical and conceptual skills,

  • Excellent consulting skills, ability to engage with various stakeholders providing strategic, tactical and operational insights based recommendations,

  • Capable of translating data and recommendations into impact,

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously by setting the right priorities,

  • Excellent presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written, fluent English (speaking and writing skills),

  • Capability to visually represent conclusions and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers,

  • Results and customer oriented, organized, and able to prioritize,

  • Well-developed cross cultural influencing skills,

  • Continuous improvement mindset,

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team,

  • Able to manage and improve complex cross functional processes.
