The Workflow & IT Applications Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for implementing, planning Clinical IT solutions as well developing all activities related to the workflow of the laboratory. You play a crucial role in optimizing laboratory processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems.

This position is part of the WITS team located in the Netherlands and may support other European countries as required. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Implement the Clinical IT solutions, ensuring that they reflect what is expected in the design phase, within the expected time and modes.
• Ensure careful and accurate control of the project and be accountable for the project's documentation and reporting.
• Manage any issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline.
• Act as a trusted consultant for the costumers for the Clinical IT solutions. Sharing new ideas on possible improvements and developments for workflow and Clinical-IT products.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues.
• Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree or Higher Education Level in Biomedical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in IT solutions for IVD market (e.g. Lab. Middleware, LIS, etc.)
• Customer’s communication and listening attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch & English
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Networking, Virtual Environments and Operating Systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of data communication, (ASTM & HL7), Auto-CAD, MS Visio and Azure.
• Proficient in informatics and laboratory workflow and familiarity and understanding of Beckman Coulter systems, automation and IT products.
