Agile Delivery Manager

In the Product & Tech Fintech pillar, we obsess over delivering value through financial services and products to all three sides of our marketplace. We join the dots of our finance, payments and revenue enablement capabilities to deliver products and services that help our internal teams and commercial partners succeed.

In the ‘Partner Payout’ value stream, you will be vital in crafting and scaling globalised FinOps tooling to enable revenue processing, invoice and payout enablement, and verification. We’re the financial backbone of our food-ordering and delivery platform and the linchpin between our customer-facing value proposition and the partners who trust us with their business.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Coach teams to continuously improve and reach higher levels of sustainable value throughput.
• Review, facilitate and realign Agile ways of working, ceremonies, processes, and practice to ensure effective delivery.
• Resolve team impediments by removing blockers, identifying and managing dependencies, or coaching the teams to self-resolve.
• Promote continuous improvement through agile flow metrics and experimentation.
• Work with teams to ensure work is broken down, sequenced, and resourced in a way that maximises business value, minimises risk, and achieves company objectives.
• Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Playing an active role in the JET delivery community, and sharing best practices across Delivery Management.
   

What will you bring to the table?

• Ability to demonstrate depth of knowledge and experience in Agile and Lean practices, principles, and values. Knowledge/Experience in one or more Agile frameworks
• Demonstrates depth of understanding in the technical domain of software development 
• Strong facilitation skills - able to guide a group discussion with a neutral stance to enable teams to better communicate, engage and collaborate more effectively
• Collaborative, open, and inclusive team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and proactive
• Comfortable with flexibility, changing priorities, and dealing with ambiguity
